Opened on Valentine’s Day in 2009, Flirt Cupcakes is owned by Michelle LeMoignan and certified pastry chef Brianna Vallet, two proud born-and-raised Edmontonians who serve their customers from the heart of The French Quarters, their new community that has welcomed them with open arms and they absolutely love being a part of.
 

Over the years, Flirt has grown into a team of ten men and women who share the same passion for baking.
They’ve worked hard to perfect their all-original recipes, which are baked from scratch daily with only the best ingredients.
